5 WAYS TO KILL THE PROCRASTINATOR INSIDE YOU

 HOW TO STOP PROCRASTINATING.

PROCRASTINATING IS ONE OF THE EASIEST YET DEADLIEST THINGS TO DO.
OH C'MON ADMIT IT WE ALL PROCRASTINATE IN OUR LIVES...MAYBE BECAUSE WE ARE LAZY OR JUST TIRED.

HERE I BRING YOU 5 WAYS BY WHICH YOU CAN MINIMIZE PROCRASTINATING:

1. PLAN YOUR TASKS

Planning your tasks and to-do things is really important. If you have a list of your pending works it just makes your life way easier. Just jot down all your to-do works on a paper and then you can plan your schedule accordingly. Not having a list will do no good other than stressing you up which you don't want.
For example, if you are a student who is having a lot of backlog of your work, list down the chapters and assignments you have to complete and follow the next point...

2. CREATE A TIMETABLE AND COMMIT TO IT

Now once you know what all you have to do, make a timetable or a schedule of your day to help things work out. Now this could be a new timetable for every day which you can make a day prior or a common timetable for all the days. Just check what works best for you.
Knowing what all you have to do for the day, can help reduce your procrastinating problems.
You can do this on apps as well. Google notes, microsoft one note and notion are a few good ones which can help you. Also, if you are doing this on paper make small check boxes beside your work. The satisfaction will be priceless when you check those boxes.
Make sure you commit to your timetable. This will help you get closer to your goal.

3. TAKE BREAKS

Yes, taking breaks in between your work is as important as committing to your work.
Breaks will help you freshen up your mind and help you relax between your work time. You can utilize this time to do things that you like. But one of the most common mistakes which people do while taking breaks is get distracted and extend their break time.
Never do this. Commit to your break hours and get back to your work according to your timetable and don't extend your break time because that is something you'll regret in future.

4. START WITH THINGS THAT INTEREST YOU THE MOST

If you are unable to start your timetable do the work which you find interesting. A recent study proved that doing the work which interests you first can increase you productivity upto 80%. You don't want to miss out on that. Also, once you develop interest you can easily move ahead and do your work.
In case you think you have nothing interesting, doing your work with a friend can also help.

5. PROMISE YOURSELF A REWARD

After a long day of work the satisfaction that you will get will make you really happy. In addition to that, promising yourself a reward at the end of the day will help you to do your work daily. Yes, you do deserve a reward as you have successfully spent your day being productive.

THESE WERE THE 5 WAYS BY WHICH YOU CAN INCREASE YOUR PRODUCTIVITY AND REDUCE PROCRASTINATION. I BELIEVE IN YOU AND I KNOW THAT YOU CAN DO IT.
WHATEVER YOUR GOAL MAYBE I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY. ALSO, IF YOU MISS YOUR SCHEDULE SOMEDAY DONT PANIC. ITS OK. GIVE YOURSELF TIME AND START WITH A GREATER ZEAL AND ZEST THE NEXT DAY. :)

SHUBH :)
